Shipping Policy

We are committed to providing a pleasant online shopping experience for you. Kindly read through our policy prior to making your purchase. All purchase made via online would mean that you have acknowledged and agreed to abide and adhere to them. 

Normal Postage  (SGD 1.90)

Normal Postage Parcel is untraceable. By opting for Local Normal Postage at point of purchase, it represents that you are fully aware of the associated risks and you are willing to go ahead with that option despite being aware of the associated risks.

As such, we will neither be held responsible to re-send a replacement to you nor to compensate you in the rare and unfortunate event whereby these mails are lost in transition.

Registered Postage (SGD 3.50)

Registered Postage Parcel comes with a tracking number which will be provided via email to respective customers. 

***Internal Processing Time may take up to 3 working days before an order is mailed out to SingPost.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns/exchanges if you changed your mind or if it doesn't fit you for a 3-month online credit voucher. All returns/exchange must be made and received by JODORBS within 7 working days upon receiving the receipt of dispatch and strictly by postage only. Exchange can only be done once on a case by case basis. This, however, excludes orders made with promotional/discount code, backorder and sale items. 

 

To request for a return/exchange, please email our customer service team at ask.jodorbs@gmail.com and submit the query to us. We will get back to you within 2-3 working days. All postage will be borne by the customer. All items should not be worn/washed and must be in brand new condition otherwise, will be rejected if items do not fulfill the requirements. We strongly encourage customers to opt for delivery with tracking for all returns as we will not process any returns/exchanges in the event of lost parcels. 

 

For defective items, please drop an email with a photo and description of the defective area to ask.jodorbs@gmail.com within  7 working days upon receipt of dispatch. Our customer service team will verify and process the return/exchange. Do note that measurements provided on site are approximated and may vary slightly and will not be considered as a defect for exchange. JODORBS will only bear normal postage cost for exchange items due to defects.
